Shipping Policy

This website is operated by The Point of Health, Inc. (“itsnoyoke.com”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to itsnoyoke.com. 

We ship orders within the contiguous United States free of charge via the United States Postal Service® (“USPS”). USPS will deliver to P.O. Boxes. Other shipping options are available but will require customers to pay shipping fees.  Delivery time and charges will be determined based on the destination.

Currently, itsnoyoke.com does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup. International shipping options may be available upon request and the decision to ship internationally is at our discretion. We are not responsible for charges applied including import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches the destination country.

Products are processed and ship within 3-5 business days. Customers will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase followed by information and updates when the order has shipped. If you have not received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us via email at info@itsnoyoke.com. Please contact us with any questions about our shipping options, when your order will ship, or estimated delivery times. Any special shipping charges for the order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time in our sole discretion.   However, you would still receive Free Shipping for any eligible purchases made prior to any change to the Free Shipping program.
